Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") govern the contractual relationship between MODA DI CHRISTINE SAS (hereinafter the "Seller") and any person wishing to make a purchase on the website moda-di-christine.com (hereinafter the "Customer").
By confirming an order on the website, the Customer unreservedly accepts these Terms and Conditions.

The products offered for sale on moda-di-christine.com are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in presentation may occur (notably color differences due to screen display).

Orders are placed exclusively online at moda-di-christine.com.
An order is considered final once payment has been confirmed.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a dispute with the Customer or suspicion of fraud.

4. Prices

Product prices are indicated in the local currency, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping fees.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Payments can be made via:

6. Delivery

Delivery areas: Worldwide.
Delivery time: Orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 business days after the order has been placed.
Shipping fees: Shipping costs are displayed at the time of order confirmation.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of the products.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:

• Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

• Return shipping costs are covered by the Seller if the prepaid return label is used.
  

To exercise this right, the Customer must inform the Seller by:

  Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned products are received.

8. Warranty and Conformity

All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).
In the case of a defective product, the Customer must contact the Seller as soon as possible at contact@moda-di-christine.com.

9. Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable for any indirect damage related to the use of the website or the products, particularly in cases of force majeure, data loss, or service interruption.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the matter may be brought before the competent courts.
