The Christine e-gift card is valid on our website.
Our e-gift card is only valid on our site and can be used to pay for all or part of an order. Several amounts are available, and the card is sent by email immediately after purchase, with the option to add a personalized message. It is valid for one year and can be used once or several times.
To use it, simply enter the unique code received by email at the time of payment, and the amount will be automatically deducted. Currently, the e-gift card can only be used online and is neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Orders
If the product is in stock, it will be dispatched within 2 to 4 working days. If the product is not immediately available, an estimated delivery date is indicated under the "Add to basket" button and in your basket.
2 to 4 working day delivery is free in France. Delivery within 2 to 4 working days in Europe is free for orders over €190.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Yes, delivery to a relay point is possible in France and Europe with our partners (Mondial Relay, Chronopost Relay).
Yes, you have 30 days after receipt to request a free exchange or return, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging.
To return or exchange a product, contact our customer service at contact@moda-di-christine.com specifying your order number. We will send you the return instructions.
Once the return is validated, we will proceed with the exchange or refund according to your choice.

For orders in France and Europe, the prices displayed include all applicable taxes.

All our products are made in Italy. We work with specialized workshops in the outskirts of Milan, with over 30 years of expertise.

Our products have a one-year warranty, covering repairs due to manufacturing defects.
However, this warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or normal wear and tear of materials.
If you would like to have a product repaired, please contact us at contact@moda-di-christine.com, specifying the desired repair and, if possible, attaching photos. We will let you know if the repair is possible and how much it will cost.
Customer account
No, it is not mandatory, but highly recommended. Creating an account allows you to easily find your order history, change your addresses and track your packages online. You will also receive notifications about new products and exclusive events.
