SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY FEES

We ship worldwide. All orders placed from Monday to Thursday are shipped the following day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday evening or on public holidays are shipped on the next business day.

Shipping is handled by Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, and UPS, depending on your choice and delivery address. All deliveries within France via Colissimo require a signature upon delivery to ensure the secure receipt of your order.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically as soon as you enter your delivery address during the checkout process.

• Delivery within Mainland France and Corsica:

  • Delivery is free via Colissimo (48/72H) and Mondial Relay, with signature included.
  • Shipping fees with Chronopost and UPS (24/48H) are €9.

• Delivery in Europe :

  • Delivery is free for all orders over €190.
  • For orders below this amount, the shipping fees are as follows:
    
    • Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Sweden: €12.
    • Andorra, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (non-EU countries): €19.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union are exempt from French VAT. However, they may be subject to customs duties and import taxes specific to the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.
